The “Freiraum Lippe” project is part of the funding programme
“Aller.Land – designing together. strengthening structures.”, a funding programme for culture, participation and democracy in rural regions. “Freiraum Lippe” takes up the wishes and ideas of local people and creates mobile offers that are used and designed jointly by stakeholders from different locations. The aim is to strengthen networking, cooperation and participation. The Graffiti-Mobil by artist Nikola Dicke is on the road in Lippe to communicate and test mobile cultural offerings and invites people to join in at seven locations.
